I help you gain clarity by setting therapeutic goals. Then we will strive to get to the root of your struggles. I do this by helping you understand your unhelpful thought patterns, emotions, and needs.

I help with healing trauma through parts work or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

I help provide you with practical tools to alleviate your emotional suffering, challenge negative thoughts, and be more present.
